A highly reputable organization in London seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic HR support. This role involves developing people plans, guiding recruitment, and managing complex change initiatives while fostering strong relationships with senior stakeholders. The position offers hybrid working arrangements with a minimum of three days per week in the London office.

Please note: this role offers hybrid working arrangements with a minimum requirement of 3 days pw working from the London (south) offices.
As HR Business Partner you will act as a trusted and credible partner to your designated client group, providing strategic and commercially viable advice, support and guidance on a wide range of people matters.
Through an indepth understanding of the business aims, commercial activity and strategic priorities of your client group, aligned with an organisational ‘big picture’ perspective, you will build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to identify people priorities and challenges and take a data and insights driven approach to shaping solutions that drive positive change.
