The Job:

Job Title: HR Business Partner

Location: London / Hybrid working

Salary: Up to £65,000 (DoE)

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Design and implementing HR strategies to support and meet business objectives
  • Implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement
  • Effectively communicating business changes
  • Oversee the performance management process, coaching manages to effectively address performance issues
  • Work closely with leadership on organisational design - facilitating change management and designing development programs
  • Oversee ER matters, offering advice and guidance on HR policies and conflict resolution
  • Encourage data driven decisions by analysing HR data, identifying trends and providing insights
  • Facilitate end to end recruitment for exec hires, identifying needs and partnering with hiring managers
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of legislative changes and proactively address compliance concerns
  • Spearhead and contribute to an array of HR projects

What is the company looking for?

  • 3 + years of HR experience within a partnering capacity
  • Bachelors degree within HR or a related field
  • CIPD preferred
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations
  • Strong user of HRIS and other software applications
