Your new company:

A leading property development and construction business is looking for a seasoned HR generalist to join their business as a HRBP. Reporting into the Head of HR and partnering with senior stakeholders across facilities, you will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing people processes
  2. Managing complex employee relations cases
  3. Collaborating with Centres of Excellence and Shared Services teams
  4. Coaching line managers through performance management issues
  5. Leading on talent development and talent management
  6. Partnering with senior stakeholders on change management

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Experience as an HRBP or Senior HR Advisor, ideally within blue-collar sectors.
  • Degree educated or equivalent, CIPD is beneficial.
  • Strong hands-on HR experience, with excellent UK employment law knowledge.
  • Ability to build relationships and partner with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Able to travel on an ad-hoc basis to other sites across the UK.
