Job Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of talent within our Production agencies in the UK.

As a key team member, you'll partner with the COO and Heads of Department to develop and implement talent strategies aligned with our business goals. Reporting to the Head of Talent and working closely with UK and Global Talent teams, you'll foster a culture of growth and development in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, requiring resilience, adaptability, and a passion for nurturing talent.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership: Build strong relationships with client groups and internal stakeholders. Understand their challenges and opportunities, working with the Head of Talent to align talent initiatives with global objectives.
  • Data-Driven: Manage the collection and analysis of key people metrics. Extract insights, develop narratives, and make recommendations to inform talent decisions. Maintain dashboards to track trends and measure initiatives.
  • Learning & Development: Collaborate with the Group L&D team to design and implement tailored learning strategies. Promote continuous development, growth mindset, training, and career pathways.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment laws and policies. Support from Talent Advisors or senior teams as needed, proactively mitigating risks.
  • Talent Projects: Lead initiatives like Early Careers, DE&I, and Talent Mapping. Develop strategies to nurture top talent and address underperformance effectively.
  • Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion: Drive diversity initiatives in hiring, development, and promotion. Measure and report on DE&I metrics.
  • Talent Acquisition: Assist with talent forecasting and support the internal Talent Acquisition team, fostering partnership over external agencies.
  • Operations: Support recruitment approvals, promotions, and team activities to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
  • Experience in HR Business Partner roles, preferably in fast-paced, matrixed organizations
  • Exposure to creative or production agency environments
  • Experience in network/matrix organizations
  • Line management experience
  • Strong HR knowledge combined with innovative thinking and adaptability
  • Excellent relationship-building skills across all levels
  • A passion for fostering an engaging and empowering work environment
  • Proficiency in data handling, insights interpretation, and strategic translation
