HR Business Partner | Health & Social Care (Private Sector)
Hybrid (commutable from the West Midlands and Yorkshire regions, with travel across England) | Full-Time, Permanent | £50,000 – £55,000 per annum
Tide Partnership is delighted to be supporting a well-established health and social care provider to appoint an HR Business Partner.
This is a pivotal role focused on delivering high-quality employee relations expertise and driving engagement strategies that support a positive workplace culture and long-term retention. If you’re passionate about partnering with leaders, resolving complex ER issues, and improving colleague experience, this is an exciting opportunity to make an impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Partner with leaders across operational and support services teams, providing strategic HR and ER support.
  • Lead on complex and sensitive employee relations cases, including Employment Tribunal claims.
  • Resolve disputes quickly, compassionately, and compliantly, considering sector-specific regulations and safeguarding responsibilities.
  • Drive engagement initiatives that improve retention and workplace culture.
  • Oversee HR policies, T&Cs, and employee benefits, ensuring compliance and alignment with organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert advice and oversight on ER cases across the organisation.
  • Coach and support leaders to manage absence, performance, and workplace issues effectively.
  • Keep HR policies up to date, accessible, and aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to engagement strategies that support colleague wellbeing and retention.
  • Support the design and delivery of fair, transparent pay and benefit schemes.
  • Analyse workforce data to identify trends and develop solutions.
