Key job responsibilities

(Please note: This is a Wednesday to Saturday night shift opportunity.)

1. Work closely with HR leaders and management on people-related projects to create an engaging workplace environment.
2. Handle day-to-day HR-related questions and admin, such as new-starter processes, self-service tools, and attendance reviews.
3. Use internal dashboards to create reports for site leadership.
4. Plan initiatives to foster employee wellbeing and experience on site.
5. Run audits to ensure compliance with company processes, data protection, employment law, and HR best practices.
6. Partner with site teams on Time and Attendance to ensure correct scheduling and compile reports on irregularities.
7. Collaborate with managers on payroll accuracy through audits and reporting.
8. Produce and analyze reports for labor planning using HRIS systems.
9. Ensure roster accuracy through audits and modifications.
10. Support HR policy advice and employee relations cases, including flexible working, absence management, and transitional work adjustments.

A day in the life

This role involves working on-site with warehouse teams, with potential rotation among HR colleagues to ensure support is always available. You will assist in key HR processes, support leadership projects, collect employee feedback, run engagement activities, and foster an inclusive environment.

About the team

The Customer Fulfilment (CF) team is central to Amazon’s operations, handling over 1.5 million orders daily. Based in Fulfilment Centres, the team manages inventory and delivery logistics, supporting Amazon’s fast-paced service and offering opportunities across various skill sets.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant experience in HR, Employee Relations, or Payroll.
• Proficiency in written and verbal [insert local language].
• Experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with new-starter processes and admin.
• Basic knowledge of employment law and HR/payroll practices.
