A leading company in legal and financial services, Irwin Mitchell is seeking an HR Business Partner to lead people strategies and enhance engagement within the business. This role involves collaborating with leadership to implement effective changes, ensuring compliance with legal obligations, and driving organizational performance through strategic workforce planning. The ideal candidate will possess strong HR knowledge, communication skills, and a CIPD level 5 qualification.
As a HR Business Partner, you'll act as the People specialist within your business area's leadership team, providing support on people-related matters and leading cyclical activities. Your goal is to optimize talent, engagement, and productivity. You'll develop a localised people plan to address leaders' concerns and priorities, sharing data to inform decisions. Additionally, you'll ensure HR initiatives and resources are effectively communicated and embedded within the business area.
