About the role
The HR Business Partner role is a strategic role designed to work closely with leadership and management teams in England to align HR strategies with organisational goals. The HR Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on all people-related matters, including workforce development, talent management, employee relations, and performance management. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, particularly in supporting complex case work, delivering HR training and development, ensuring HR initiatives drive outcomes and foster a positive workplace culture.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications and Skills:
CIPD Level 7 preferred or equivalent relevant experience
Proven experience as HR Business Partner or similar role, ideally within the charity or social care sector
Demonstrable experience in employee relations, including case management and investigations
Background in delivering HR projects and organisational development initiatives
Design and delivery of training and development activities
A minimum of 33-days paid holiday a year, including bank holidays (pro-rata for part time staff)
