We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a collaborative, people focused environment. This role combines strategic input with hands-on HR delivery supporting leaders across the business to drive performance, build engagement, and strengthen talent practices. You'll also act as a key HR contact for a growing logistics team in the UK.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategy with business goals
  • Use data and insights to improve engagement, performance, and culture
  • Manage recruitment across a key function, from process to interviews
  • Lead performance review cycles and support bonus/payroll coordination
  • Handle employee relations issues (grievances, disciplinaries, redundancies)
  • Provide HR support for the UK logistics function
  • Step in for the HR Manager when needed and support on wider projects

What We're Looking For

  • 5 years' experience in HR, ideally in a business partnering role
  • Strong knowledge of performance management and employee relations
  • Comfortable working with HR systems (Workday experience is a plus)
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • CIPD qualification or working towards it preferred
  • 25 days holiday bank holidays
