Interim HR Business Partner
Full-time East London 22 per hour / Start ASAP

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a Multi-Academy Trust in East London on an interim basis. This is a full-time role offering the opportunity to make an immediate impact within a collaborative and forward-thinking educational organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders and school-based staff to deliver strategic and operational HR support.

  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, workforce planning, and organisational change.

  • Support recruitment and retention initiatives, ensuring alignment with Trust policies and safeguarding requirements.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with employment law and best practice.

  • Work closely with the central HR team to deliver high-quality services across the Trust.

About You

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within the education or public sector.

  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.

  • Ability to manage complex HR cases with professionalism and sensitivity.

  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
