Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for employee relations and making a real impact on the ground?

We’re looking for a hands-on, solutions-focused HR Business Partner to join our team and work closely with operational leaders across our business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and enjoys building trusted relationships to deliver practical, commercial HR support.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and manage a wide range of complex employee relations cases – disciplinary, grievance, capability, sickness absence, and performance
  • Act as a trusted advisor, coaching managers to handle ER issues confidently and compliantly
  • Support organisational change projects including restructures and TUPE
  • Partner with hiring managers through end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Provide payroll admin support including holiday cover and accurate submissions
  • Drive initiatives across performance, wellbeing, engagement, and people data insights

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role with strong ER case management
  • Sound knowledge of UK employment law and confident decision-making
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and influencing skills
  • Experience with payroll processes (desirable)
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards
  • Experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or multi-site environment is a plus
