HR Business Partner

Are you a proactive, people focused HR professional ready to make a real impact in a dynamic, fast paced manufacturing environment? Iconic Resourcing are partnering with a leading global brand to find an exceptional HR Generalist to join their high performing HR team.

This is an exciting opportunity to support a business with iconic heritage brands and ambitious growth plans. You’ll work closely with leaders across operations and supply chain to drive engagement, support talent development, and shape a culture where people thrive.

What you’ll be doing:

Coaching and advising managers on employee relations, engagement, performance, and policy
Partnering on recruitment and onboarding to attract top talent
Championing diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives
Using data and analytics to drive decision making and continuous improvement
Supporting and leading key HR projects across multiple sites

What we’re looking for:

Strong generalist HR background, ideally in a manufacturing or operational setting
Solid understanding of UK employment law and employee relations
Experience working in a unionised environment and confident managing union interactions
Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
Collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset
Experience with HRIS and data-driven HR practices

Bonus if you have:

Experience in a multi-site or international environment
