A leading global brand is seeking an HR Business Partner in Glasgow to enhance their HR team. HR Business Partner

Glasgow (predominately on-site)

Full Time, Permanent

Are you a proactive, people focused HR professional ready to make a real impact in a dynamic, fast paced manufacturing environment? Iconic Resourcing are partnering with a leading global brand to find an exceptional HR Generalist to join their high performing HR team.

This is an exciting opportunity to support a business with iconic heritage brands and ambitious growth plans. You’ll work closely with leaders across operations and supply chain to drive engagement, support talent development, and shape a culture where people thrive.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coaching and advising managers on employee relations, engagement, performance, and policy
  • Partnering on recruitment and onboarding to attract top talent
  • Championing diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives
  • Using data and analytics to drive decision making and continuous improvement
  • Supporting and leading key HR projects across multiple sites

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong generalist HR background, ideally in a manufacturing or operational setting
  • Solid understanding of UK employment law and employee relations
  • Experience working in a unionised environment and confident managing union interactions
  • Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset
  • Experience with HRIS and data-driven HR practices

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience in a multi-site or international environment
