We’re looking for a confident and capable HR Business Partner with a strong track record (5–8+ years) in matrix organisations to join a growing People Centre of Excellence . You'll partner closely with senior stakeholders across the business, playing a key role in enabling and empowering teams , influencing at all levels, and driving the people agenda forward.
This is not an employee relations (ER) role. Instead, it's your chance to focus on strategic business partnering , people engagement, change support, and organisational effectiveness.
