Are you a commercially astute HR professional who thrives on shaping strategy and driving change? We’re working with a leading organisation who are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to play a key role in delivering impactful people solutions aligned to business priorities. In this strategic and influential position, you’ll partner with senior leaders across the UK and Europe, contributing to long-term organisational goals through effective people planning, performance initiatives, and workforce development. You’ll act as a trusted advisor on complex HR matters including change management, TUPE, engagement, and succession planning

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar level within a complex organisation
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, change management and best practice HR frameworks
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • CIPD qualified (or working towards)
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of wider business performance

The finer elements of the role include:

  • Partner with leadership teams to design and deliver effective People Plans
  • Use data insights and market intelligence to shape proactive people strategies
  • Lead and deliver key HR initiatives and projects with measurable outcomes
  • Provide coaching and challenge to leaders, encouraging a people-first mindset
  • Collaborate with specialist HR teams to deliver impactful, joined-up solutions
  • Support on organisational design, performance management, and talent planning
  • Be an active voice in senior leadership meetings, influencing people-focused decisions
