People & Culture Business Partner

Location: Just outside Colchester (Essex)

Salary: Up to £47,500 FTE (pro rata for part time)

Contract: 4 or 5 days per week considered, permanent, onsite.

Were seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to work closely with senior leaders and managers. Youll play a key role in coaching and developing internal talent, supporting leadership capability, and embedding a high-performance culture across the organisation.

In conversation about this role with the People and Culture Director, they shared that your ability to think commercially, partner with stakeholders, and deliver practical, results-driven HR - whether that's resolving an ER issue or identifying new ways to add value - will be what makes you successful in this organisation.

What Were Looking For

  • Experience working in a senior HR / People Partnering capacity.
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Proven ability to build credibility and influence at all levels.
  • Excellent coaching and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercially focused, solutions-driven, and proactive.

Desirable: HRIS knowledge, experience in fast-paced environments, and prior coaching/mentoring exposure.
