A leading company based in Edinburgh is looking for an HR Business Partner to oversee HR activities and enhance employee experience. The role requires managing employee relations for over 2,000 staff and ensuring compliance with HR laws. This position is temporary for 3 months, with a possibility of extension.
Our Client
We are delighted to be working with this Edinburgh based business to support with their requirement for a HR Business Partner on a contract basis.
Your new role:
Based in Edinburgh, and working on site 5 days per week, this role will manage and administer all HR activity across the company to ensure a robust and supportive HR function which enhances the employee experience and complies with relevant laws and regulations.
You will be specialising in employee relations and will support managers to manage grievance and disciplinary matters for over 2,000 staff.

Experience and Skills Required:
You will be an experienced and highly organised HR professional with solid generalist experience and a passion for creating a strong work culture. You will also be fully up to date with HR legislation with a special knowledge in employee relations.
