Are you an experienced HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor looking for your next role that will help you step up the career ladder? Then we have just the role for you. Working closely with the Director of People in this busy and thriving professional services organisation, you will be part of an established HR team and work closely with your client group. In addition to supporting your business area with generalist HR, you will also take the lead on developing the L&D strategy within the organisation and be the go-to person for all L&D support.

This organisation has adopted a hybrid working approach and as such the expectation would be that you would be based in their Cambridge office 3 days a week (parking is available), some travel to other sites across East Anglia would also be required.
