Description
  1. Partner with managers and leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
  2. Develop and implement HR solutions that support leadership, talent development, and organisational culture.
  3. Provide data-driven insights to inform decisions and enhance HR service delivery.
  4. Support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  5. Lead and contribute to key HR projects, working alongside senior HR leaders.
  6. Manage external factors that may impact the organisation, ensuring HR strategies remain relevant and effective.

Profile
  1. Proven experience in HR business partnering, with a strong understanding of workforce performance, leadership, and talent strategies.
  2. Ability to analyse and report on HR trends, using data to inform decision-making.
  3. Experience in managing change programs and addressing the people implications of business improvements.
  4. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
  5. Confident decision-maker, able to navigate complex and challenging situations effectively.
