Job description

HR Business Partner - Leading Regulator - Birmingham with hybrid working - up to £50,000

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join one of the UK's leading regulators. Reporting into the HR Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering people strategies for a specific client base.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coaching, mentoring, and supporting Assistant Business Partners in more complex employee relations issues
  • Supporting the organisation on the development, implementation, and evaluation of organisational design change programmes
  • Providing quantitative and qualitative analysis and insight on key people issues
  • Developing strategies to ensure effective succession planning and talent development
  • Working effectively with the broad HR team and senior stakeholders

You should be an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong HR Generalist skill set, including a good knowledge of employment law and experience managing change programmes. Strong project management skills need to be combined with excellent stakeholder management skills and an ability to develop effective people initiatives, including succession planning.
