Your new role
A true HR Business Partner post, we are looking for someone who can support their client group to drive forward strategic workforce initiatives and become a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. You will work closely with your client group to identify any future talent needs, map learning interventions and use HR analytics to provide insights to inform decision-making. Alongside this, you will lead on any complex ER case work, change management and restructure work, as required.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR Professional who has a proven track record of partnering with business units. You should also have strong ER skills and the ability to manage change. Acting as a trusted advisor, you should also be able to demonstrate the ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
