Role overview

You’ll partner with senior leaders to develop, shape, and implement the people strategy. Your focus will be on organizational change, building capability, and fostering a high-performance, inclusive learning culture. You will collaborate with HR centres of excellence and across teams to ensure successful delivery of plans.

Job details – you’ll need to have demonstrable experience in:

  • Developing, owning, and executing HR strategies aligned with medium & long-term business goals, including capability building across functions and teams.
  • Leading on people change initiatives and business change projects, ensuring successful delivery and improved efficiency and performance.
  • Partnering with senior leaders to align plans with business outcomes, building relationships across functions, and using data to identify opportunities, evaluate success, and drive performance.
  • Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies and integrating them into organizational initiatives.
  • Ensuring customer fairness and providing equitable outcomes, challenging processes that do not meet these standards, always placing customer interests at the core.

Essential skills/experience:

  • Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and influencing skills, with credibility to challenge at senior levels.
  • Strategic and change-oriented mindset with the ability to implement operationally.
  • Ability to work at pace, maintain composure under conflicting priorities, and influence others.
  • Data confidence – able to leverage data to drive change and performance.
  • Collaborative approach that motivates and engages others to deliver results.
