About The Role
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and adapt global HR initiatives to local needs.
  • Ensure compliance with Irish employment laws in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, including policy harmonization, disciplinary procedures, and leave management.
  • Support the annual people cycle, including performance reviews, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Lead local talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, and engagement efforts.
  • Identify development opportunities for individuals and teams.
  • Act as a change agent, supporting cultural alignment and transformation at Belfast.
  • Collaborate with GB HRBP and broader European HRBPs to align cross-border projects.
Skills and Expertise
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience as an HR Business Partner or HR generalist in manufacturing.
  • Deep understanding of Irish labour laws in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
  • Proven experience in driving change, coaching leaders, and building organizational capability.
Expectations for the Role
  • Partner with leadership and the ECA HR team to translate business strategies into HR plans.
  • Enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Coach leaders in people management responsibilities.

  • Full-time position in an international, dynamic environment.
  • Competitive salary, pension scheme, and 26 vacation days plus bank holidays.
  • Opportunities for growth within Nutreco and the SHV group.
