Contract Role: HR Business Partner (3-Month FTC)

Salary up to £43’000 pro rata

Frazer Jones is working with a well-established client who is urgently seeking an HR Business Partner to provide hands-on, operational and strategic HR support during a busy period. This is a fantastic opportunity for a pragmatic and solutions-focused HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This is a delivery-focused role where you’ll be on the ground, supporting managers and employees with day-to-day HR matters. You’ll be the go-to person for operational HR queries, ensuring smooth execution of core HR processes and helping to maintain a positive and compliant working environment.

Main duties:

  • Provide first-line support to managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations
  • Manage and resolve ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation
  • Assist with HR reporting, audits, and general administration
  • Coordinate and support cyclical HR activities such as performance reviews and training

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong generalist HR background with a focus on operational delivery
  • Confident handling ER cases and advising line managers
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience) preferred
  • Available to start immediately or at short notice
