Job description

Our client, a leading player in the Human Resources sector, is currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team. This is a permanent opportunity to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives
Providing expert advice on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development
Leading and managing HR projects to improve business performance and employee engagement
Analysing HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategy development
Handling complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
Working collaboratively with the wider HR team to drive initiatives and projects

Job Requirements:

Experience in a HR Business Partner role or similar position
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to analyse complex data and translate it into actionable insights
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
CIPD qualification or equivalent (preferred)
