A leading company is looking for an HR Business Partner to manage HR operations, report to the Divisional Head of HR, and lead an HR team. This role involves strategic leadership, employee engagement, and supporting management with HR-related issues. A CIPD Level 5 qualification is required, and previous experience in adult care is preferred.
Do you have the ability to build credible relations to influence decision-making at a senior level?You will have a strong strategic and commercial awareness, well developed communication and a growth mindset to be able to provide innovative solutions, whilst being able to work at pace. This HR Business Partner role reports to the Divisional Head of HR and will manage an HR Advisor and HR Administrator. This role holds a generalist HR remit including ER, succession, restructuring, harmonisation, TUPE, as well as other HR projects such as engagement and well being.
This HR Business Partner role is permanent and offers Hybrid Working, 2 days a week based at offices in either Stockport, Stoke-on-Trent or Northampton and requires travel
