A pharmaceutical and healthcare company based in Warwick is seeking a skilled HR Business Analyst to lead training programs on HR systems. This hybrid role involves working with various stakeholders to design training materials and ensuring a seamless transition to new systems. Ideal candidates will have strong HR systems knowledge and excellent communication skills. The position offers a salary of £35,000 and various benefits.
We are looking for a HR Business Analyst to join a Pharmaceutical & healthcare company based in Warwick (CV34).
Do you have strong HR systems knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging training to colleagues at all levels?
As a HR Business Analyst, you’ll be responsible for creating and delivering training programmes to support colleagues in moving from Itrent to Dayforce system. You’ll design clear training materials, provide hands-on workshops, and act as a point of contact for user queries, helping to embed new processes and ensure seamless system performance.
You will play a key role in the HR & Payroll platform project by auditing and cleansing data prior to migration, testing data flows, building Power BI/Business Objects reports, and ensuring the integrity of HR data post-implementation.
Some flexibility is required for this role as operation is 24 hours and there training out of normal office hours will be needed on occasion.
Ideally you will be an experienced HR Business Analyst ideally from a L&D background with excellent communication skills, experience with HR or payroll systems, and a passion for helping people gain confidence with technology.
