Overview

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst - SAP SuccessFactors, ideally with experience in Digital Transformation projects, to join our growing practice at Expleo.

The role has two components:

• Client Focused - delivering consultancy and analytical services to clients to co-create value
• Expleo - supporting the BA practice and working within others as part of a multidisciplinary delivery team

Responsibilities

• For a client engagement:

  • Research a client’s business model, strategy, and capabilities, understand their problems and their vision, goals, and strategy
  • Undertake stakeholder analysis, communication, and engagement through all stages of change
  • Run workshops using proven techniques for creating detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements
  • Independently manage business analysis work for a client change, using empathy to work with client stakeholders and partners to develop insight and trust
  • Investigate options, provide recommendations and roadmaps, create business cases, and other analysis documents required for the change project
  • Ensure the solutions are compatible with the client’s business, infrastructure, systems, data, and security architectures, and adhere to regulatory and commercial constraints
  • Ensure the solution is customer-focused, impacting the customer journey
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency gains, and improvements to customer value and employee ways of working; bring these to stakeholders’ attention and incorporate them into your work
  • Elicit requirements from stakeholders to create requirement repositories, user story maps, and prioritized backlogs
  • Process modeling and process improvement with an emphasis on efficiency and automation where possible
  • Support development and QA teams with clear, signed-off requirements or user stories, and detailed acceptance criteria for relevant scenarios
  • Provide supporting matrices and documentation for logical data models, data mapping, integrations, business rules, UI/UX diagrams, state transition diagrams, non-functional constraints, etc.
  • Identify the impacts of change on business teams, customers, and other initiatives
  • Assist the business in preparing for implementing change through business readiness plans, processes, customer journeys, training, user guides, service design, metrics, communication plans, and system support
  • Support UAT, run model office sessions, and hypercare as needed
  • Comply with client project governance and reporting requirements
  • Manage client expectations to ensure successful delivery
  • Work with and understand data, data flow, and data mapping

  For Expleo:

  • Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, including Operations, Sales, and Client Success Partners
  • Identify business development opportunities with clients
  • Comply with Expleo delivery governance regarding knowledge sharing, reporting, issue escalation, and capturing learning and case studies
  • Share knowledge and experience with team members
  • Support team success and motivate others to maintain high morale and performance

Qualifications

• BCS Business Analysis International Diploma (or equivalent)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience

Experience

• Experience working across multiple projects as a Business Analyst
• Key project focus on SAP SuccessFactors, requiring 3 days/week, including:
• Full gap analysis of HR operational processes via interviews and workshops
• Documentation of gaps and impacts
• Research and documentation of potential solutions
• Preparation of pre-requisites documentation
• Remaining 2 days/week on smaller projects or requirements documentation for tenders
• Required experience includes:
• Process analysis for system or HR projects (essential)
• HR lifecycle and data background (preferred)
• System integration awareness (nice to have)
