Job description

Overview

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst - SAP SuccessFactors, ideally with experience in Digital Transformation projects, to join our growing practice at Expleo.

The role has two components:

  • Client Focused - delivering consultancy and analytical services to clients to co-create value
  • Expleo - supporting the BA practice and working within others as part of a multidisciplinary delivery team
Responsibilities
  • For a client engagement:

    • Research a client’s business model, strategy, and capabilities, understand their problems, vision, goals, and strategy
    • Undertake stakeholder analysis, communication, and engagement through all stages of change
    • Run workshops using proven techniques for creating detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements
    • Manage business analysis work independently for client changes, working with stakeholders to develop insight and trust
    • Investigate options, provide recommendations, create roadmaps, business cases, and other analysis documents for the change project
    • Ensure solutions are compatible with the client’s business, infrastructure, systems, data, security architectures, and regulatory constraints
    • Focus on customer value, considering the customer journey
    • Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency gains, and improvements to customer and employee satisfaction, incorporating these into your work
    • Elicit requirements to create requirement repositories, user story maps, and prioritized backlogs
    • Engage in process modeling and improvement, emphasizing efficiency and automation
    • Support development and QA teams with clear, signed-off requirements, detailed acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation
    • Identify impacts of changes on business, customers, and other initiatives
    • Assist business preparation for changes through business readiness plans, processes, journeys, training, user guides, metrics, and communication plans
    • Support UAT, run model office sessions, and hypercare as needed
    • Comply with project governance and reporting requirements
    • Manage client expectations to ensure delivery
    • Work with and understand data, data flows, and data mapping
  • For Expleo:

    • Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, including Operations, Sales, and Client Success
    • Identify opportunities for business development
    • Follow Expleo delivery governance for knowledge sharing, reporting, issue raising, and capturing lessons learned
    • Share knowledge and experience with team members
    • Support team success and morale
Qualifications
  • BCS Business Analysis International Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Essential Skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently under guidance from the BA Practice Lead
  • Accountability for quality output
  • Ability to manage multiple topics, priorities, and deadlines
Experience
  • Experience working across multiple projects as a Business Analyst, particularly with SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on HR operational processes
  • Experience in process analysis for system or HR-related projects
  • HR lifecycle and data background (preferred)
  • System integration awareness (nice to have)
