At Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions, we are looking for a HR Business Advisor to join our people operations team supporting our East Leake works site.
As our HR Business Advisor, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of our business by providing comprehensive HR support to our internal stakeholders, including line-managers and colleagues in a plant/manufacturing environment.
We are aiming to create a values-led culture where our people are trusted, empowered and are actively encouraged to collaborate. You will be key to supporting and challenging our teams in the pursuit of our ambition of creating a high-performance, customer centric culture.
This role will be based on-site with 4 days being in our plant and 1 day in our Head Office.
