Job description

This is a challenging and exciting career opportunity within the HR Team, supporting and enabling our service managers to achieve their business outcomes with confidence and competence.

You will provide expert advice on performance and capability, grievance and disciplinaries in a way that is responsive to the changing needs of the organisation and support a variety of project types across the HR and OD spectrum.

As an HR Adviser you will be confident in operating in an advisory capacity and be able to build and maintain positive relationships with individuals at all levels of the organisation to deliver business focused solutions.

Working as part of a collaborative, supportive and customer-focused team, you will be interpreting employment legislation and internal policies and procedures to be able to advise managers.
