HR Benefits Analyst Northampton - Onsite 3 days 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
We are seeking a Benefits Analyst with hands-on operational HR experience to join our team. This role requires someone who has worked within an HR function and has direct experience managing pensions and employee benefits, particularly through Workday. The individual will also have strong analytical skills and a passion for data.
You'll play a key role in supporting benefits operations, testing system changes, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve queries.

This is a fixed term role based in Northampton. Expectations regarding hybrid working: As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the client's offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our client's policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our client's now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita require.
