We are recruiting for an HR Associate to support our Corporate London HR Business Partner team. This is a forward-thinking role which gives the opportunity to develop skills in a fast-paced environment.
The HR Associate will support the HR Business Partner team across a range of HR disciplines including:
- Employee Relations: Responsible for leading low level employee relations cases across the Corporate London functions, with the opportunity to be coached and develop to broaden this remit.
- People Strategies: Directly support the local and global HRBP team with business specific people strategies.
- Performance Management: Assist the HRBP team to ensure the performance feedback process is managed effectively. This includes, but is not limited to: Goal Setting, Mid-Year Reviews, Year-End Reviews, and Associate through MD Promotion Processes.
- Compensation: Assist the HRBP team in the various aspects of the Compensation process by implementing necessary system changes, updating process documents, conducting audits, and completing other ad hoc requirements.
- Assist with the global headcount tracking in conjunction with New York, working through the approval process providing regular accurate management information to HRBPs
- Talent, Inclusion & Engagement: Work with the HRBP and Talent, Inclusion & Engagement teams to identify and implement global training needs and engagement initiatives.
- Recruitment (Lateral & Campus): Partner with the Talent Acquisition team as well as the Campus Recruiting team on Corporate recruiting efforts and strategy.
- Reporting: Execute regular and ad-hoc reporting requests in a timely manner for the employee life cycle. Provide analysis and insights on these reports
- Work with the offshore team to maintain, update and ensure accuracy of employee records in the HR system
- Assist with the coordination of the employee recognition award program and on-time implementation of all corporate initiatives, tailored appropriately to business requirements.
- Innovation: Development of the team processes through the use of streamlining, AI and automation (in conjunction with Technology team and Global stakeholders)
Skills and Experience:
- Ability to work independently with a high-level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
- Solid analytical skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, in particular PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) are a prerequisite.
- Proactive, problem-solver, who takes ownership of initiatives and driving them forward.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrate initiative and proactively contribute ideas, views and recommendations.
- Ability to deal with pressure and manage conflicting priorities.
- A professional and adaptable approach and the ability to work with confidential and sensitive information using discretion.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and within a global organisation is desired but not essential.
