Job Opportunity: Temporary HR Associate
Duration: ongoing (with possibility of extension)

We’re seeking a Temporary HR Associate to join our dynamic client's team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in supporting our HR department. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the smooth onboarding process for new hires. Coordinate orientation sessions and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Be the friendly face that welcomes new team members!
- Candidate Referencing: Collaborate with hiring managers to verify candidate references. Conduct reference checks to ensure we’re bringing in the best talent. Maintain accurate records of reference feedback.
- HR Department Assistance: Provide administrative support to the HR team. Assist with employee record maintenance, data entry, and filing. Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a positive work environment.
