Job Type: Ongoing temporary: ASAP Start

£300 day rate - £350 day rate

We are delighted to partner with a global wealth and asset manager focused on delivering transformational solutions and creating enduring value. Offices across ten countries, they serve UHNW individuals, institutions, and family-led businesses with a unique, collaborative approach.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Associate to join the London team. In this role, you’ll support the full employee lifecycle across our international wealth and asset management businesses, becoming a key point of contact for all day-to-day HR queries. You'll be hands-on with HR systems, help deliver people initiatives, and play a central role in projects that drive performance, engagement, and inclusion.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee queries
  • Maintain and report on accurate HR data and personnel files
  • Support talent acquisition and onboarding processes
  • Partner with stakeholders across teams and geographies
  • Contribute to DE&I, engagement, and performance initiatives


What You Bring:

  • 4+ years of HR experience, ideally in financial services
  • Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and solutions-focused
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage confidential data
  • Proficiency in HRIS, Excel, and other MS Office tools
  • A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable mindset
