Think FE Ltd. is recruiting on behalf of a respected, Ofsted rated Good further education college in Northampton. We are seeking a Trainee HR Assistant to deliver a professional, efficient, accurate, and confidential HR administration service.
As part of a close knit HR team of six supporting two campuses, you ll play a vital role in maintaining high quality systems, managing candidate applications, liaising with agencies, scheduling interviews, and handling sensitive documentation. This role offers an excellent introduction to a career in HR ideal for someone enthusiastic, organised, and ready to learn.

What We re Looking For
  • A keen interest in building a career in human resources
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with great attention to detail
  • Capability to manage confidential information
  • Excellent communication and teamworking skills
  • GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent)
No prior HR experience is required this is a trainee role and full training will be provided.
