Position Purpose: Working with the HR Director to provide a HR Service to the UK team. To be the HR contact for all UK team members and supporting the growth of the UK team.
Principle Accountabilities- To lead and complete recruitment campaigns as required, maintaining the highest standards of candidate experience at all times
- Responsible for the onboarding of all team members ensuring they are well inducted and trained on key processes
- Maintaining accurate HR records and liaising with payroll and benefit providers
- Respond to HR queries in a timely manner
- Implementation and development of key policies, procedures and guidelines as required and within legal requirements
- Ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to
- Perform routine administration tasks including but not limited to compensation, benefits; investigation and disciplinary matters; grievances; performance, occupational health; and training and development
- Foster the plant culture; instilling the IPG values of passion, performance, integrity & teamwork
- To create and maintain a positive employee relations atmosphere ensuring collaboration of all team members across all shift patterns
- Actively participate in IPS (Intertape Performance System) plant initiatives
- Participates in corporate human resources activities and teams as required
- Promotes a positive work environment and people-focused programs and processes that foster continuous development and maintains positive relations with the workforce
- To actively participate in local activities on behalf of the company to promote IPG within the community
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required
Essential Skills And Experience- Minimum part Level 5 CIPD qualified or equivalent with the desire to continue to completion
- Manufacturing experience
- Excellent Microsoft Office working knowledge
- Ability to work using own initiative
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Professional and confidential at all time
Salary: $30000 - $35000 per year
