We are looking for a HR Assistant – MSP Projects to join our recruitment organisation at our Stevenage office, with hybrid home working available upon completion of an initial six-month training period.

Responsibilities:

This role includes front-line employee relations activities such as absence management and performance reviews for outsourced project workers, along with the administration of contracts and onboarding requirements.

Main responsibilities include:

  1. Administration of contract documentation.
  2. Onboarding of new contractors, including screening activities.
  3. Employee welfare meetings.
  4. Performance review process management.

This role involves processing large volumes of data quickly and accurately according to established procedures.

Salary:

Starting salary of £26,000 per annum. Salary is negotiable for candidates with additional relevant experience.
