We are hiring for an HR Assistant to join our team at our London office and be part of an exciting and dynamic workplace!
Assisting HR with the process of recruitment, including reference checks and scheduling interviews.
Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department.
Compiling and maintaining paper, digital, and electronic employee records, including holiday and sickness leaves.
Managing the on-boarding process for all new staff.
Identifying training needs and organizational development.
Identifying key initiatives to be run within the company.
Working with other departments when required.
Overseeing HR events and meetings and coordinating management-employee communications.
Continuously learning the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency.
