Join our growing Employee Relations team and help make a difference!
We are currently looking for an experienced HR Assistant to join our dynamic Employee Relations and Wellbeing team. This is an exciting time to be part of our established team, playing a crucial role in supporting the delivery of a comprehensive employee relations service.
In this role, you'll be helping managers and colleagues across the Group with employment and wellbeing issues, making sure everything aligns with our Group’s Policies and Procedures.

While this role is home-based, you must be able to travel to our Group offices 2-3 times a month or as needed. Our Group offices are located at Birmingham Business Park, Solihull, and Central Park, Worcester.
This role is fixed term maternity cover for up to 12 months.
