HR Assistant / Coordinator

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 DOE

Contract: Permanent, Hybrid Working

Are you looking to build your HR career in a fast-paced, growing business? We’re on the lookout for an organised and motivated HR Assistant / Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for people and a desire to gain broad generalist experience across HR.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the team across the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Assisting with day-to-day HR operations, processes, and administration.
  • Supporting Employee Relations (ER) matters – with training and guidance provided if you’re new to this area.
  • Helping to deliver a positive employee experience in a fast-paced and growing environment.
  • Working closely with managers and employees, providing first-line HR support and advice.
Qualifications
  • Previous HR Assistant or Coordinator experience (ideally within a busy, fast-paced setting).
  • A proactive, organised individual with great attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Some experience with Employee Relations would be an advantage – but if you don’t have this, we’ll support you to develop your skills.
  • Someone eager to learn and grow in their HR career.
