Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the HR department, including handling correspondence and managing HR documentation.
  2. Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate assessments.
  3. Participate in the onboarding process for new hires, conducting RTW checks.
  4. Manage employee records in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
  5. Assist with the organisation of HR-related events and activities.
  6. Support the HR department in implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business needs.
  7. Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees.
  8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
  9. Assist with payroll.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should have:

  1. 6-12 months exposure to working within HR as a minimum.
  2. Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
  5. An understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  6. A strong attention to detail.
  7. The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  8. A degree in HR or related field is a bonus!
