We're now looking for a passionate and people-focused HR Advisor to support our colleagues across the business, helping to deliver a first-class employee experience.What's the role?As an HR Assistant, you will be the HR face of the business, providing a professional and efficient HR service to employees and managers. You'll be the first point of contact for HR queries, supporting with case management, providing guidance on policies, and ensuring compliance with legislative and business requirements. You'll work closely with the HR team, line managers, and other stakeholders to deliver a consistent and high-quality service.Key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong, positive relationships with business leaders, HR colleagues, and employees.
  • Provision of a first-line advisory and administrative support on a wide range of HR queries, processes, and case management.
  • Analysing reports, handling queries, and producing documentation for HR-related activities.
  • Supporting the review and implementation of HR policies and processes.
  • Managing and resolving assigned cases, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other HR colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Ensure all advice and processes comply with current employment law and business strategies.
  • Use our HR system to track, record, and maintain accurate information related to cases and tasks.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

    A recognised HR qualification or equivalent experience in an HR administration or advisory role.
  • Demonstrable success in providing HR support across a variety of processes and cases.
  • Strong IT and analytical skills, with a good working knowledge of HR systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • A strong understanding of employment law, with the confidence to advise managers appropriately.
  • Ability to manage sensitive data with integrity and professionalism.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and resilient approach.
