Our team of 3 provides key HR services to all North East Museums Staff and those in our Trading Company, TWAM Enterprises Ltd. The current post holder has secured a secondment opportunity, and the post is fixed term for the duration of this.
On a day-to-day basis, you will play a key role supporting all our recruitment and onboarding processes, with the aim of ensuring an excellent candidate experience and diversifying our staff teams. You will work closely with our learning and volunteering teams and external partners to develop and deliver some of our Museums careers-related work.
You will take a lead role in coordinating some of North East Museums' internal HR systems, including StaffSavvy, which manages staffing for all our customer-facing teams. Aptitude and experience with HR systems, numeracy, and excellent attention to detail are critical. Previous experience with rostering systems is desirable but not essential.
As part of a small team, there is scope to get involved in other HR, wellbeing, training, and development activities. This may include supporting case work and analyzing data and reports.
