Our client is looking for an experienced HR Assistant.
To work consistently with colleagues across the HR Business Partnering Service to provide administrative support with ER case work (investigations and panels) and HRBP activities (reorganisations, workforce planning, etc.). To ensure a high quality, professional, friendly customer experience both internally across HR&OD and wider across the Council when undertaking work-related activities. To grow and develop as an HR professional through observations, experience, and training to provide advice, guidance, and resolve HR queries.
Hybrid – every Tuesday in the office. There may be a requirement to attend the office on other days for training and hearings.
