Fora is seeking an HR Assistant to support their Human Resources team. The role involves managing administrative activities related to the employee lifecycle while being the first point of contact for HR queries. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR administration and excellent communication skills. The Role
To support the Human Resources team, in all aspects of generalist HR administration and proactively managing administrative activities and processes. To be the first point of contact for all general HR queries, identifying where the queries can be managed within the team and taking ownership of queries and processes, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner. Being visible, approachable and building relationships with employees to ensure they feel able to reach out for with any issues.
