The Position

We have an exciting HR Assistant opportunity within our People and Organisation (P&O) Team. You will support the team across various HR activities, helping to shape and influence the employee experience.

Supporting the Senior Director and the team, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Creating engaging onboarding and induction experiences for new employees, including running induction sessions, guiding them through HR systems, and ensuring completion of all new starter paperwork such as right-to-work checks.
  2. Supporting annual processes like flexible benefits selection, managing queries efficiently.
  3. Managing e-Procurement and contract processes, including raising purchase orders, onboarding vendors, and issuing contracts, in compliance with company protocols.
  4. Updating policies, maintaining employee records, generating reports to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  5. Serving as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance on policies, and assisting with employee relations issues in collaboration with the Employee Relations Specialist.
  6. Working proactively with the HR Service Centre in Poland to manage outsourced HR activities and process improvements, acting as the first point of contact for resolving issues.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  1. Strong administrative experience, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, confidential environment.
  2. Previous HR experience; CIPD qualification is a plus.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Experience with HR systems (preferably SuccessFactors) and proficiency in MS Office.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively resolve issues.
  6. Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
  7. Attention to detail, especially regarding data accuracy and GDPR compliance.
  8. Collaborative team spirit with excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
