We're looking for an organised and proactive HR Assistant to join our busy HR team on a fixed-term basis for up to 12 months, providing maternity cover. Working closely with the Senior HR & Payroll Assistant, you'll provide day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding, employee changes, absence, learning and development and payroll administration. This is a varied role where no two days are quite the same, so you'll need excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a genuine passion for providing a great HR service. It's a fantastic opportunity for someone with HR experience who is looking to broaden their knowledge and gain hands‑on experience across a wide range of HR activities.
The role is based across Pride Park Stadium and Moor Farm Training Ground, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week. The role is fixed-term for up to 12 months, covering Maternity Leave.
