A national correctional service in Glenochil is seeking an HR Administrator to support the overall HR Team. The role involves managing absence data, supporting recruitment processes, and providing HR reports. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 National 5 qualifications and experience in administration, particularly within HR, alongside strong Microsoft Office skills.
You will contribute to the overall HR Team's delivery, providing a comprehensive administration service. This role will provide an excellent opportunity for the post holder to grow and develop as an HR Professional, working within a challenging and fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
To collate and record absence management data and information and issue all necessary absence management paperwork.
Plan and coordinate Occupational Health Clinics.
To provide HR related reports to the greater HR Team, and senior management teams as required.
To deal with general HR related enquiries from staff, HQ and other agencies.
To process staff changes and ad hoc pay claims as well as ensuring all filing systems within the department are maintained.
To provide administrative support through the recruitment and selection process.

Qualification Requirements
Minimum of 2 National 5 (or equivalent) qualifications including English and Mathematics or relevant experience gained in a similar role and/or environment.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements
Competent and experienced in all aspects of administration.
Competent and experienced in the use of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Previously worked within an HR environment in a similar role.
Understanding of Data Protection Legislation.
