HR Assistant

Are you an experienced administrator looking to progress your career within HR?


My client is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join their dynamic and growing team. As the HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality administrative and support services to the company's operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established organisation and very well respected within their sector. You will be managing the full unbinding process for all employees, while supporting employee relation cases, employee engagement and rewards and benefits.


Responsibilities Included:

  • Manage the HRinbox
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including onboarding new hires, updating job changes, and managing leavers
  • Assist with payroll data preparation and coordinate with relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with right-to-work and security screening requirement
  • Administer employee benefits and recognition programs
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and documentation
  • Support the Business Partners and Advisors with ER cases - note taking, attending meetings and completing letters and contracts


About You:

  • Ideally experience working within a HR function - with knowledge and understanding of HR
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and maintain high levels of confidentiality
  • Proficient in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Ideally CIPD Level 3 Qualified, working towards or willingness to complete CIPD Level 5
