Une organisation dynamique à Derby recherche un HR and Recruitment Assistant pour un contrat temporaire de 3 mois, avec de fortes chances de devenir permanent. Vous serez en charge de l'ensemble du processus de recrutement, depuis la rédaction d'annonces jusqu'à l'intégration des nouveaux employés. Ce rôle requiert une excellente organisation, des compétences en communication et une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques. Formation au bureau suivie d'une transition vers un modèle hybride.

  • Compétences en communication écrite et verbale excellentes.
  • Compétences informatiques avancées avec MS Office.

Responsibilities

Job description

Are you an experienced HR and Recruitment Assistant looking for a new opportunity with a leading and progressive organisation in Central Derby?

We are working with an organisation who under the guidance of a fantastic HR Leader are looking for a HR and Recruitment Assistant, initially on a 3 month temporary basis but likely to become permanent with duties including:

  • End to end recruitment – from job advert writing to screening & interviewing candidates to offer management, on-boarding including extensive background & right to work checks
  • Issuing contracts of employment
  • Compiling and issuing new starter checks
  • Support development of talent pool and pipelining
  • Work with HR & Business leaders on ideas for candidate attraction, engagement and retention
  • Assisting HR team with administration and first line support to employees regarding employment contracts and variations

This is a full time position, initially office based for training then moving to hybrid (3 days in the office) and is initially a temporary contract with the likeliness to become permanent.

For this role we are looking for highly organised, proactive and professional individuals who have experience across end to end recruitment and HR support and administration. You will be professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills, highly IT literate with MS office and candidate systems. You will be experienced in taking job briefs from senior management, writing and posting job adverts and using tools such as LinkedIn and job boards to proactively source candidates.
